Account & Authentication

Users can sign in to the App with an account. When you sign in, we may store user account information such as your email address and a user ID. This information is used to authenticate you and to link your data to your account.

User-Generated Content

Tasks, task groups, notes, activity logs, sleep logs, finance-related app data, and other user-created content may be stored in the Base44 cloud database and linked to your logged-in user account. This data is associated with your account so you can access it across sessions and devices.

Finance & Bank Connections

The App uses Plaid to enable bank and financial account connections. When you connect a financial institution, the authentication process is handled by Plaid. Your bank login credentials are not stored by our App. We only receive transaction data, account balances, and related financial information that Plaid provides, which is stored in the cloud database linked to your account.

Password Feature & Local Storage

The App includes a password management feature. Passwords entered through this feature are stored only locally on the user's device. Passwords are not stored in the Base44 cloud database and do not sync to the web app. Additionally, passwords are encrypted locally on the device before being saved, providing an extra layer of protection.

Diagnostics & Analytics

The App may collect diagnostics, crash data, performance data, and product interaction data. This information is used for app functionality, debugging, stability, and product improvement purposes.

Data We Do Not Share or Sell

• The App does not sell user data.
• The App does not use user data for third-party advertising.
• The App does not use user data for tracking users across other companies' apps or websites.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. User-created content stored in the cloud database is associated with your account and protected by authentication. Passwords stored locally on your device are encrypted before being saved.

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services such as Google for authentication, Plaid for bank connections, and Base44 for cloud database infrastructure. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete account data directly through the App's account settings.
